Fruit Trees in our Backyard

(no banana tree - it was just in the picture)

There are a bunch of fruit trees in our backyard. Most are puzzling to us. What is this tree growing? If it's not pinecones or apples, we are lost.

Most of the time the birds get to the fruit before us.

We've discovered we have a
-lemon tree
-clementine tree
-grapefruit tree
-fig tree
-pomegranate tree
-persimmon tree
-grape vine

As well as a collection of herbs including
-lavender
-rosemary
-mint
-parsley

These the herbs I recognize. Who knows what else I may find poking around?
